General director
Born in 1962. Graduated from the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute in 1984 (mechanical engineer) and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 1995
(management).
He began his career as a worker in 1978 in the diamond mining industry (PNO Yakutalmaz, in presently AK ALROSA). Worked in the mining industry for 15 years,
including 3 years as Deputy General Director of AK ALROSA.

Konstantin Viktorovich Godun
Deputy General Director for Ore Concentration
Born in 1957. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1979.
For 5 years he worked at the Yakutalmaz Association, at the processing plant No. 3.

Yuri Grigorievich Zhelyabovsky
Deputy General Director for Mining Issues
Born in 1951. Graduated from the Irkutsk Polytechnic institute in 1974 (mining engineer).
He worked in the diamond mining industry for 20 years (PNO Yakutalmaz, currently AK ALROSA), of which 9 years as a chief mine surveyor.
1995-2002 Head of the Mining Department of the Catoka Mining Society in the Republic of Angola.
In 1998 he defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences.

Sergey Mikhailovich Bezborodov

Born in 1958. Graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Nonferrous Metals.

In 1996 he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government
Russian Federation (management).
He began his career in 1980 at PNO Yakutalmaz (currently AK ALROSA) as a local geologist at the Udachny quarry.
1993-2001 Deputy General director, chief geologist of AK ALROSA.
2001-2007 Vice President of OAO Severalmaz.
2007-2009 Director of the Department of Geology and Mining Production, Deputy General Director of OAO «Corporation Ural Industrial Ural Polar».

Alexander Vladimirovich Mikheev
Deputy General Director for Projects Development
Born in 1963 In 1984 he graduated from the Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute Sergo Ordzhonikidze, Faculty of Geological Exploration (mining engineer geologist).
1991-1992 Higher Sociological Courses of the Soviet Sociological Association of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Youth, Moscow, Faculty of Sociology (a sociologist with the right to teach).
He began his career in 1984 as a geologist at the Chernyshev expedition, the Yakutniproalmaz Institute, a department of AK ALROSA.
Since 1998, he worked as a top manager at Interpipe National Research and Production Association (Ukraine); ZAO Renova (Russia); 1 deputy Director General of OJSC ZALK (Ukraine), General Director of Renova development”, currently an independent investor in promising projects in the field of mining and railway transport.
Participated in projects for the extraction of manganese ores in South Africa (CJSC Renova), gold and diamonds in the Republic of Guinea, and the development of a promising lithium project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Alexander Mikhailovich Olkhovsky

Magadan region, Northern Kamchatka, Buryatia, Kyrgyzstan, France, Vietnam, Namibia, South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Angola.

He began his career in 1983 as a foreman in the construction of diamond mining facilities at PNO Yakutalmaz, currently AK ALROSA.
In the period up to 1993, he worked as the head of production structural divisions
general contractors SSMUS «Vilyuygesstroy» and PSMO «Yakutalmazstroy» at construction
objects of industrial and social infrastructures of the mining industry.

1996-2007 worked in AK ALROSA in various positions related to the commissioning of new facilities of the company. (OP No. 14, OP No. 15, OP No. 16)
